Super Dry Launch

Super Dry Launch

Last Thursday I forgot all about a church meeting and rushed off to the new Nicolway Centre in Bryanston for a new shop opening. Super Dry is a brand that has been around but up until that day, I had never noticed it. It has Japanese designs on the items but with American style on the clothing. The clothing is actually cool, something I would wear with most of the clothes being casual to smart casual. In fact, I have fallen in love with the freebie T-shirt I got thanks to someone not pitching at the event, oh and yes boss from my other job, I do collect goodie bags.

The launch was well attended, members of the media  from various fashion magazines came out to check out the store and of cause they were well taken care of by the bar. Lulo Cafe and Euphonik added to the reasons why we spent more than 3hours outside a shop taking pic and conversing with other kids. I also bumped into a few familiar faces, some that I even embarrassed to say I had never spoken to them prior to this event but after a few sips of that triple distilled whiskey I found courage to ask for their pictures. A big thank you to Styling Concepts for their hospitality and invite, can’t you launch another store this week? Anyway, here’s who I spotted:

Model Lerato Moloi

TV Presenter Jason Greer

Miss SA Teen, Celeste Khumalo with Les Kgosimolao

Actor Tazz Ngida must have still been in character here, this was the best pic I could find…

Lulo Cafe

TV Presenters Lunga Shabalala & Pearl Thusi

Baby Dlanga Khaya Dlanga, DJ Euphonik with Thulane

I was going through my archives and I came across a pic of Euphonik & Fresh at last years SABC1 party. Euphonza has clearly been a fan of the brand van toeka af. Explains why he spent so much on clothes, the day of the launch.
