Orange Botswana is about to celebrate the second edition of the Urban Legends concert for 2010. This year’s concert goes under the tag line, “I am committed to making a difference, are you?”
The Urban Legends Against AIDS concert will be held on the 27th of November at Fairground Holdings from 4pm until 12am featuring internationally acclaimed EVE from Los Angeles (USA) alongside local artists Vee, Scar, Zeus and many more.
All admission fees for concert will be donated to HIV/AIDS related initiatives and organisations throughout Botswana.Orange Botswana has appointed Ernst & Young as auditors to ensure transparency and accountability.
Another “Urban Legends” first will be a song specially recorded for World AIDS Day 2010. The song will be themed around the tag line “I am committed to making adifference, are you?”. The song is composed and written by the beat box poet Kefhentse KK Kefhentse and produced by the legendary Skizo. The song will be made available for download and the proceeds donated to HIV/AIDS initiatives.
Tickets range for P50.00 for silver tickets, Gold tickets cost P250.00 and Platinum tickets for P1500.00, corporate packages will also be made available. No tickets will be available for sale at the venue on the day of the concert.
